Explainer: How Circet Optimise Field Operations With Visual AI
AI-powered Field Operations With Circet
At Connected Britain, IQGeo's James Wheatley and Nicolas Salaün demonstrate how Circet uses IQGeo's visual AI solution to automate work site safety documentation across the UK and Ireland. Engineers capture photos for real-time AI feedback, and the new Visual Agent Studio lets customers build their own agents with no coding required.

Hi, I'm James Wheatley, Head of the Product Management Team at IQGeo and we're at Connected Britain where we presented with Alan O'Pray, the CEO of Circet, where Alan explained and talked about how Circet are using our visual agent solution to be able to significantly optimize their field operations, both with smart meter installs and in their telecom business installing equipment at customer premises. And what we wanted to do is just give you a bit more of a flavor of the actual process and the tools that you use to support that, those savings that did that. And Nico here will talk you through that. Yeah, thanks James. So yeah, my name is Nicolas, I'm a Senior Solutions Engineer for AI products at IQGeo. And as James was pointing out, so we have actually now more than four use case across the board with Circet for visual AI solution. I'm going to show you one of them, which is about signing, lighting and guarding the SLG in the world of telecoms for all their work sites across UK and Ireland. And in a sense, basically, that it means for the engineers, Circe engineers on site to be taking pictures of the documentation of the site, making sure it's actually safe and sound for their own engineers, but also for all the people that might pass by this particular site. So if you have a look at actually what that means, that means basically taking a picture of the barriers, for example, you can see we can taking that the picture is actually correct. There are geotags, you can make sure actually the specific sites are being audited and make sure that the buyers are actually present and make sure that the sunbikes can see highlighted on the screen here. So there's also some like making sure the barriers aren't going away anytime soon, that the reflective strips are actually actually present as well. So basically making sure that any documentation that Circet needs to provide to their clients about making the work site safe is actually there. So it means for the engineers simply taking a picture and receiving a real time feedback on both the quality of the picture, making sure it's not blurry, storing the right elements. And also just checking that the quality of the work they've been doing is actually up to the standouts. So that's how it's being used in the field by Sirset. It's been being used for more than six years now, and it's being used by other customers of IQG as well across Europe or also across the world. And we're also releasing a new product right now, basically. It's called Visual Agent Studio, and it's to allow our customers to benefit from those years of experience, all of those use cases we've deployed across the world, so they can build their own agents by simply prompting what they want to achieve. They have the knowledge of what they want to do, what they want the AI to check, so they can simply prompt it down to the AI and basically use and leverage our existing capabilities, all of those pre-built agents that we've been working on, so that they can actually roll something out in days instead of weeks or months in the field. And they can do that with really no code experience, no data science experience required, so simply their business knowledge around what they're trying to achieve. All right, thanks, Nikos. So if you want to learn more about the Visual Agent Studio and understand how you could apply that into your business and your operations, then please visit the IQGeo website where you can learn more about our new solution. Thanks very much. Thank you.
