The challenges we're seeing utilities face in the field
is very much the interoperability of network
information from the back office through to the field,
coming through from different systems,
CRM systems,
ADMS systems,
and how the field operators need to have different levels of
information depending on the workflows that they're trying to perform.
The data formats vary and what IQGeo does is try
to ensure we have a seamless view of all of their
enterprise data to perform their role in the field.
So the introduction of IQGeo as your field solution
really gathers all of the information together.
It also introduces not just a handoff
from your traditional source of record,
but it introduces workflow orchestration which enables you to
track all of the tasks that you need to do in your process,
not just a fire and forget to the field.
And that is really transforming how the field user works.
And that is really transforming how the field users interact,
not just with the data and the network,
but how that information then flows back
to the office for real-time updates.
So I think AI is going to be the game changer going forward.
We've already looked at how we run
the end-to-end workflow orchestration.
And once we put
the AI capability in front of the
field user to help them do their jobs,
that's going to make
their field work more reliable, faster.
ultimately safer, ultimately safer,
and make the value back for the customer,
which is going to be key to their success.
