Demo: Workflow Manager and Deepomatic Lens integration

In this demo we show how IQGeo’s Workflow Manager integrates with Deepomatic Lens, an AI-powered photo recognition software to streamline construction oversight - cutting rework, automating QA, and accelerating closeout.

So in this short video I'm just going to show you the integration between Deepomatic and IQGeo. So I log into Workflow Manager as this is where we base the integration and we've got a little scenario around a customer connection so I can see a number of tickets there on the map and so I can take a look at that particular ticket get some context from street view you can see there's the details the address that I need to serve and the status of the customer. I go look at the ticket view and there's my tickets I can see these are my work and I can see that the three that are assigned to me I can filter to make that easier to spot those so now I can filter to own the show my assigned work. And then I can take a look at those three tickets on the map. There they are. You can see I can hover over them and get the specific details for that particular ticket. So let's go back and if I pick one of these I can go to that specific ticket. Let's look at the details for that. I could navigate to the ticket using Google or Apple Maps depending on what device I'm on. So as the field engineer that's just an easy way to get to the location. If we open that ticket you can see the actual details. And here's where the integration with Diplomatic appears. You can see that Diplomatic validation section there and three fields as well talking about attenuation, wavelength, the serial number which are read only. You'll note. So to activate Diplomatic I press the little button there. Draw your attention to the 0% complete as well which is next to the button. And once we hit that that'll take us into Diplomatic. So we updated the ticket automatically and now here we are in Diplomatic. Now just for the purposes of the demonstration we're just going to use three checks which require three photos. Obviously I'm going to load a photo rather than take a photo. Each of these checks has to be completed successfully to get us to 100%. And you can see at the top right there's the 0%. So we haven't done any work. So let's pick the first photo. As I said I'll load one in from a previously used photo. There's the AR check is now being executed in real time. Now you can see that there's an issue and that's because this is a demonstration data with this photo has already been used. So the system is warning you. Now we've analyzed the actual photo and you can see that there's two or four tasks. Two are correct and they've passed. And you can see the reference information there that ties up with the info. In info there's a slight discrepancy so the user could check that. That's why it's shown as in grey. And then there's the two errors. And you can see there there's some waste that's been identified. And there's the part of the picture indicating the waste. So the field engineer can understand in the context of the photo the issue. And as you can see this is a fairly untidy cabinet with 21 cables that are all highlighted that are left dangling. So the engineer could say kind of override and provide some information and that would then be fed back to the back office. In this case we won't do that for the purposes of the demonstration. So now let's look at the next couple of photos. So now we want a photo of the open splice box. And it must be showing the inside. So the engineer is getting some feedback and guidance on what they should be doing. So again we're analysing the photo in real time. And the tasks are completed successfully. And you can see that there's six splices that have been identified there. And if we select that one you can see there's the six splices that have been identified. And then if we move on to the final task. So this one's interesting in the fact that we want to take a picture of the faceplate within the building and the OTDR power meter connected to that faceplate. So let's find that final photo. Again remember this is just for the purposes of demonstration. So there's the analysis. So there's the faceplate. There's the meter. And you can see yeah there's the faceplate reference. And that we can check that that matches the work we're supposed to be doing. And it's extracted the values from the photo shown on the meter. And we've actually checked that they are within business rules. So we've done that as well. So the work is being checked. So now you can see that we've taken three photos. But we are only 78% complete. Because clearly we had that failure in the street cabinet. So let's jump back to IQgeo and see what that means in the context of our workflow within IQgeo. So there's my ticket. And there you see straight away is the 78% complete. And you can also see that we retrieve those values from DeepMatic. And have populated those fields on the ticket. Now if there's the engineer trying to complete this ticket. And set the date. And update the ticket. We'll see that actually I'm not able to update. Because I didn't complete the job successfully in DeepMatic. So the validation has failed. We are not 100% complete. So I can't progress to that status. It hasn't saved that update for me. So let's go back to DeepMatic. DeepMatic. And let's try again. With a different photo this time. They were the errors that we need to resolve. So we're assuming that the engineer has done the work correctly in the field. Tidied away the waste. And terminated the cables correctly. We're analysing that photo. And of course it's already been used. Because this is a demonstration. You would expect it to be a new photo. And of course now a lovely healthy cabinet. No waste. And all the cables are neatly terminated. So we've got no issues now. So we can say that we are done. And now we'll see that we are 100% complete. And we can return to IQgeo. And then in Workflow Manager. On that particular ticket. We will now see that we are 100% complete. We can say we've completed the process. Again set the date. And now we can update the ticket. And there we go. That ticket is now successfully updated. So there you go. There's a short presentation. Of the integration between IQgeo and DeeperMatic.
