See how to identify a circuit breaker to perform a three phase network trace using IQGeo’s electric network management software.
In this video, we will perform a trace using IQGeo's Network Manager Electric solution. This will be a three-phase trace that's downstream of an identified circuit breaker that will stop at open disconnect points that are represented as open switches. The trace will also include downstream affected customers. We will identify the circuit breaker to perform the trace on. Open the trace tool. Select downstream. We'll leave it at the ABC phase designation. Include the disconnect points representing the open switches and we'll select include all phases so that we can capture all of the downstream affected customers as well. Let's perform the trace. On the left we'll have an output of results. These results represent the affected equipment associated in the trace. As well as showing the affected customers that are downstream of the circuit breaker as well. These are all the customers that are still connected. Customers are represented as the secondary meter connections. Along with the transport banks, the conductor segments, and the interactive segments.
