See how an office user can quickly access digital redlines that were performed in the field and then synced with the GIS.

Following any construction and as-built related workflows, the tickets are then updated and then sent to the back office. The ticket will be reassigned to a new tech, typically a GIS maver in the design center. And from there, the user will investigate what information was gathered along with the ticket. The forms information that might have been included. From here, you can see the data that was collected during the field as-built workflow. The feeder information, residents, comments, if it was following work, phasing, etc. From here, we can also see photos that were taken. Specifically in this case, we could see this view of a meter that was taken. And then from there, the user can go in and actually look at what was done and what changes were performed within the design itself. So we'll go into the design. From here, we can see what users made changes. And then specifically, we can see what changes were made. Compatible units were assigned. Workflow manager ticket updates were made. As well as other information that might have been updated. Specifically, change details, which are typically attribute changes. We can see what changes are made in the directory. Other items as far as the references to the compatible units that were assigned to the assets, as mentioned previously. So for the fuse, for instance, and then we have the pole. And so on. From there, we could also see information regarding additional changes. Meaning we could also investigate the changes that were made pulling the red lines that were captured. So you could go back in and we could look. And we could see the changes from where the previous location of that meter was to the location that has been changed to. From there, reassurance can be made against the network and invalidating what has been done as far as connectivity. Making sure that the connections were made in the database and on the features directly. So we could perform a trace downstream of the fuse at this pole. We could see that this connection was put together and we could see what parts of the actual network are energized. From there, we will open up the tool for network tracing. Go downstream on phase B. And then we'll perform the trace. We'll see all of the included assets. That are connected in this trace all the way down to the service meter. And then this junction over here. We could also see the information and grouping over here on the left. As far as the conductors that are included in the trace. As well as the transformer. And the meter. Following any additional updates that might have been made, we might need to perform data validation. In this case, Network Manager Electric provides data integrity checks and design rules, which are established out of the box with the application. So from here, we'll perform the data integrity checks. And validate that no warnings were found. In this process, what's next is the GIS mapper will actually go in. And update the ticket directly. Now that the design has been validated and it's been approved. Following post construction and as built in. This will now be updated and then set to closed. And then the following steps from here would be that the GIS mapper will go in. And then perform either any checks that might have been found if any conflicts were flagged. And then they would click the publish option to then push this to the network data set. That's going to be the digital representation of the real world scenarios of the data that's out there in the field. For records keeping, there might be a requirement to review and evaluate the staking report for the build of materials. It can generate a staking report by clicking on that little tool that was just selected. And then now see the report that was drawn up from the construction project for this meter connection. And see the amount of points and spans that were involved. As well as all the compatible units that were assigned. And specifically any of the types of assets that might have been included. In this scenario, we have two different ones. If there's a cost metric that's involved, then it would be assigned and then included as well. We could download this for record keeping and then upload that to the ticket itself. So from here, we can go in and we could choose the formats that we might want to look at and reserve. We'll select PDF. I'll click download. We'll click close. And from here, we will need to make one last update to the ticket. I'll close the design. Go into the ticket. And then from here, if we needed to evaluate any additional details, we could. As well as go in and check out information on the ticket specifically. At this point, we can now close the ticket.
