For this video, let's go over Property Layouts.
So we have an axis structure,
which is a very broad object
type
and it encompasses a few different types,
cabinet,
handhold,
pedestal,
all of these that you see here.
You can also add, remove,
edit
this list as you see fit.
But the point I'm making here is that cabinet and handhold,
you might want different fields or
different properties for each of those.
And if they're all under the same axis structure,
how do you do that?
Well,
the way you would do that is in configuration,
you can add different groups of properties.
So for this one,
I added cabinet and you can change that visibility.
Clicking on edit filters here,
I've changed this to type cabinet,
which means that these fields will not show up unless it is,
unless the object is a cabinet.
Type.
So doing that,
we'll come back here and right now it is set as a Vault.
And there is no cabinet properties here.
There are no cabinet properties.
So I'm going to change that to cabinet here.
Save that.
And what you'll see now is now we do have those cabinet properties.
So you can do this with a lot of things.
As you can see here,
these are just a few ways to lay that out in configuration.
You can even break it down to user if you want
certain users to have certain fields pop up.
