Real-time project visibility with mobility and offline use.

My name is Craig Kremas. I'm the director for IT engineering systems at Brightspeed. So we're using IQGeo for fiber planning and network design that's used by our engineers. We also use IQGeo for the construction management piece of things. So we have IQGeo look at the fiber design, break it down into chunks, assign tickets to it. Those go out to the vendors. So this way we can see, you know, when the work has been completed. You have that real time kind of end to end visibility. The feedback about IQGeo has been very, very positive. We've had engineers that have come from a legacy system and they've been easily able to move over to IQGeo. The feedback on the mobile app for IQGeo also very positive. It's been used by our construction technicians and vendors. A couple of things they like about it. You can zoom in, you can see the design, you can do it on a tablet, on a phone. And also there's an offline version of it. So if there's no network connectivity, it can be used. IQGeo is helping us with the KPIs for fiber deployment. So the upfront design takes much, much less time using IQGeo automated process. The other thing it helps us with is the end-to-end integrations. You go from the design phase into field survey and then into construction. Once you get into construction, you have full visibility of what's going on there, what tickets are being worked, which ones are still open. All of that really helps us with our KPIs. Well, we can't live without the automated fiber design because that's what we're essentially using. If we had to do that design ourselves manually, it would take weeks or a month. In IQGeo, you can run that design in a couple of hours. So that's a huge benefit for us that we couldn't live without.
