My name is Terence Saar,
I'm Senior Advisor for Business Process
and Automation for Bell Mobility.
I essentially am in charge of the standardization of our
processes and the automation of them for our construction
and acquisition as it pertains to the cellular network.
The operational areas that IQGeo Software has been
deployed is specifically towards our acquisition,
so that's our real estate services,
our co-location services,
our engineering,
our construction,
as well as our inspection and maintenance programs.
Currently all of our field users are using their
mobile devices and tablets on the IQGeo platform.
What they love best about it is the real-time integration
with all downstream people in the project management process.
The one thing they definitely couldn't live without
is the automation of what once was paper forms,
which is now all digitized forms,
and being able to have one place to manage each individual job
where they're collaborating with several other team members.
Well,
as of late last year,
2022,
our count was we had over 31,000 jobs in the IQGeo platform with
approximate savings of about a million dollars based on the calculation
of about 10,000 man hours that were wasted from manual entry,
manual handoffs,
email transfer,
and wasteful entry into many,
many downstream systems by automations via API.
If IQGeo software for some reason went away,
we would redact to an entire manual state of business where
every document transaction and process step would be a
manual handoff or manual form that would need to be
processed swivel chair by back office administrative support.
I think the one thing that you need to know about IQGeo
is when you're looking at selecting your software,
you need to understand that software doesn't fix problems.
People fix problems.
So you need to put the people over the processes.
You need to align your internal business with the software
requirements and understand that when you're looking at the software,
you need a software much like IQGeo that's very scalable,
very adaptable,
especially in our ever-changing industry.
